Leica M9: 50mm f/0.95 Noctilux-M ASPH vs 50mm f/1.4 Summilux-M ASPH

Just published in my Guide and Review of the Leica M9 is an aerial comparison between the Leica 50mm f/0.95 Noctilux-M ASPH and the Leica 50mm f/1.4 Summilux-M ASPH, which are without a doubt two of Leica’s premier lenses for the M9 and other M cameras.

I’ve also added a Noctilux vs Summilux focus and blur page, showing how the two lenses differ in their contrast and blur gradient behavior.

See my previous notes on the Leica 50mm f/1.4 Summilux-M ASPH.
