Why a subscription?
You get everything that exists in the review when you buy, but you also get all updates for a year.
Best deal: get DIP + DAP together, and Zeiss ZF/ZE Lenses is a steal for only a bit more. Special bundle pricing is when purchased together, any time (new or renewal). If you purchase separately, you can later add another offering, but the bundle discount does not apply

Renewing
You can renew your subscription at any time. Renewing protects you from any future price increases. You can renew DAP or renew ZF on their respective pages.

Your login information
After subscribing, you will receive an email containing your username and password, usually within an hour or two (each purchase is handled personally). Outstanding purchases usually receive a response by 11pm PST. Response can be delayed when I’m traveleing, please see the blog. Your subscription period starts only once your login information is sent.
Spam filters
Please ensure that your spam filter allows emails from diglloyd.com. Do not wait more than 24 hours before contacting me should you not receive your account login information. Earthlink and gmail and hotmail are the most problematic in this regard— check your spam box.
Valid email at PayPal
Your PayPal account should have a valid email address. There is no way to respond except via the PayPal-supplied email, so if it’s not a good email address or the mailbox is full, etc, all we can do is wait until you contact us.
The email address must work without interacting with a spam-filter service. We cannot and will not interact with spam filter services (hassle aside, the legal agreements with some are unacceptable). You’ll always get what you paid for, but the onus falls on you to contact us should your email service block the response.
Single-user license
The review is licensed to a single person only; providing it/leaving it available, etc to another person/party in any form is not right—thank you for respecting the time and effort that went into preparing it. You may read it/view it on up to two computers. The license is tied to the beneficial purchaser as part of your login account provided to you after purchase.
