In previous series such as Aspen Against Rock Field, I noted sharpness weaknesses in the Nikon Nikkor Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S at 22mm. What about 24mm, and perhaps its sibling lenses can do better?
This in-depth shootout and analysis from f/2.8 to f/11 compares three Nikon Nikkor Z lenses at 24mm:
3-Way SHOOTOUT: Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24/2.8 S, Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-70/2.8 S, Nikon NIKKOR Z 17-28/2.8: Beaver Pond, Aerial View
Includes images up to full camera resolution, plus crops.
Unfortunately, 24mm seems to be a hole that no lens steps up to fill well, not to my expectations at least. But which one performs best?
