Zeiss 25mm f/2 Distagon —
Aperture Series, Bristlecone Monolith

Just published in my Zeiss Guide is another aperture series in 1/3 stops from f/2 through f/16.

This series is rather fun in seeing the snow and clouds change with each aperture.

The feedback I’m getting is that the animated aperture series are very effective in understanding lens behavior. Accordingly, I have many more planned, eventually to cover all the lenses in my Zeiss Guide and Guide to Leica as well.

I will also be published more examples from both the 25/2 Distagon and 25/2.8 Distagon.
