Canon 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye Zoom On Its Way For Testing

I’m high in the White Mountains of California, acclimating for the Everest Challenge 2-Day Stage Race, out of Bishop, CA. If you happen to pass through Bishop, be sure to stop in at the Mountain Light Gallery, of Galen Rowell fame.

The Canon 8-15mm f/4L fisheye zoom (about $1499) is on its way to me from LensRentals.com for more testing, and if the skies cooperate, I hope to put it to use for astrophotography at night, as well as myriad other uses.
