Nikon 35mm f/1.4G on the way

A shipping snafu means that instead of Thursday delivery, it might not come until next week, but I’ll be on top of it when it arrives.

The Zeiss 35mm f/1.4 Distagon won’t show up for at least several weeks more, so a shootout will have to wait.

Nikon has essentially rectified the fast AF-S lenses issue now that the 24/1.4G, 35/1.4G, 50/1.4G and 85/1.4G are shipping. Could there be a 28mm f/1.4G in the offing? Or a 105mm f/1.8?
