Irrefutable evidence that bears do shit in the woods

Bears have to eat just about everything to make it through the winter, and that fact is reflected in the composition of bear scat.

When hiking in some remote areas, be sure to understand How to tell grizzly bear shit from black bear shit. As there are no bells present, and I detected no pepper odor, this sample appears to be black bear (then again there are no grizzly bears in Yosemite).
