IntegrityChecker being prepared for release

I’ve “ported” IntegrityChecker to Apple’s XCode, and improved its performance.  I expect to make it available within the next several weeks.  See the 15 Feb entry for details.   If you want a preview of its operation, see the User Manual.   The user manual will be expanded prior to release to include examples and additional suggestions on a robust backup strategy.
